Brantree Boutique HQ is NOT open to the public, we are accepting returns by postage ONLY & returns cannot be dropped off.
- You MUST e-mail us email@example.com within 48hours of parcel arrival to say that the goods are being returned
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your purchase
- Return Address will be provided with returns email
- Please post your item using your local post office or courier service, use a tracking postage whilst doing this as we do not take responsility for your order.
- You must include your order sheet as it provides your order number for refund to be made
- When your item(s) is received instore they will be quarantined for 72hous due to guidelines & then returns will then be processed.
- We will not accept returns on any items which do not have the original ticketing attached. Or items which appear to have been worn/used.
All items must be returned back to us within 14 days of receiving your purchase.Please note items received outside of the specified returns period will not be accepted.
Delivery Charges will not be refunded
Items in our 50% Sale CANNOT be exchanged or refunded. All Sale items under 50% or more are final.No return on promotional offers.
If an item has arrived damaged you must report within 48hours & original labels must be on item/s
You must e-mail us firstname.lastname@example.org within 48hours of parcel arrival to say that the goods are being returned and dispatch them by a suitable secure method of postal delivery which can be tracked. The products will remain at your risk from the time you send them until they have been actually received by us as evidenced by the tracking. If the products have not been worn or damaged we will refund you the full price paid but not any delivery charges which were incurred in sending them to you. A refund would be made by the original method of payment used to make the purchase.
If the condition of the products is unsatisfactory:
- Make-up marks
- Tan stains
- Perfume/smoke odour
- Deodorant Marks
We will contact you in relation to any problem and any necessary full or partial deduction of refund.
Return received by us after the 14 day return policy will be re-sent to the customer at the expense of the customer. we cannot accept the customer being away at the time of delivery as a valid reason for a late return.
All returns will be processed within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Please allow 3 – 7 working days for refund to show on your bank statement once refund has been issued.
If you have missed the 14 Day return policy unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Please note that returns cannot be made of the following products: Earrings/under garments for hygiene reasons.

To facilitate our customers we offer online payment via PayPal. This is a proven and secure method of online payment. However PayPal apply charges to all transactions including returned items, at Brantree Boutique we cannot refund any charges levied by PayPal on returned items. Cancellation/Returns may not be accepted if the item has been ordered in/made specifically for you.
If the product received by you is damaged or faulty, you should let us know immediately within 24hours and we will ensure that you receive all your statutory rights under N.I. law. Returns outside the stated time frame will only be accepted at the discretion of Brantree Boutique.
When you receive your order & you find it has an issue or fault contact us within 48hours & we will resolve this issue. We will only accept faulty items that have been been unworn/unused, items worn cannot be returned
